I work on products end to end: understanding the people who use them, shaping the concept, designing the logic underneath and the interface on top — B2B platforms, IoT systems and the operational workflows behind them. For three years I've been the sole designer on an enterprise connectivity platform, from user research through to implementation. Lately I've also been working as a process consultant, running requirements workshops with clients, mapping how their business actually operates, and building the result on a low-code platform. That combination is the point: I can work out how a process really runs, judge what is worth building, design it, and take it into production.
